How to Add a Contact to the Company Directory

Note that adding a new user to the Horizon Company will automatically cause them to be added to the Company Directory.  Therefore this process is for adding an external contact.  Only Company Administrators may add or remove contacts from the Company Directory.

Log into the Gamma portal, click 'Administration' and then select 'Directory'.  Click the blue '+ Add' button.




Enter the details of the contact you wish to appear in the Directory and then click the blue '+ Add' button again.
