Fault Management

Direct fibre connections are inherently stable due to the nature of the product and the way the service is delivered to site.

As such, there is little you can do before calling us to log a fault. However, we recommend checking cables have not been unplugged and also looking for any Red lights on the Fibre termination unit (white and blue box with two power leads and the brand name ADVA).
